

Pulverizer
The pulverizer design is for rigid, brittle and impact resistant materials where a powdered produce is required.
Grind material into granulate sizes of 6-8mm, which are then fed via a vibrofeeder to the rotating high speed serrated discs to produce a powder product 300-1,000 microns. Final size is determined by the adjustable disc spacing.
Typical applications for pulverizing are LDPE, HDPE, UPV, C, PC, and various other plastics.
